Our 30-Day Risk-Free Guarantee, plus how refunds and recurring billing work. Refunds are processed through Commas, our billing processor.
30-Day Risk-Free Guarantee.
If you are not satisfied, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your first purchase. The guarantee is designed to let new customers try Capital Rush without risk.
New customers only — one guarantee per customer, for the lifetime of your relationship with Capital Rush. Customers who previously subscribed, cancelled, and then repurchased are not eligible.
The guarantee covers your first subscription payment only. If your first month was discounted, the refund is for the amount you actually paid — for example, a discounted first month is refunded at the amount actually paid, not the full list price.

Processing timeline: approved refunds are processed through Commas, our billing processor, and are typically returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
The guarantee is void for chargeback abuse or violations of our Terms of Service.
Recurring billing and general refunds.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the start of each billing cycle until you cancel. You can cancel at any time to stop future charges; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then.
Outside of the 30-Day Risk-Free Guarantee, payments are non-refundable and we do not provide partial refunds for unused time within a billing period. Renewal charges after your first payment are not covered by the guarantee.
