By accessing or using Capital Rush ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. You must be at least 18 years old to use this service.
Capital Rush is a trader control system providing discipline tools, analytics, trade management features, and optional multi-account synchronization. Capital Rush does NOT provide financial advice, investment recommendations, portfolio management, or trade execution decisions. All trading decisions and account management are made solely by you, the user.
Futures trading involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors. You may lose more than your initial investment. Past performance of the Platform, its tools, or any user results shared on the Platform is not indicative of future results. You should only trade with capital you can afford to lose. There is no guarantee of profit, funding, payouts, or continued access to any prop firm account.
Nothing on this Platform constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. The analytics, discipline tools, and content provided are for informational and educational purposes only. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and results.
If you use Capital Rush's discipline tools, lockouts, or rule enforcement features, you acknowledge that: (a) these tools are intended to assist you with self-imposed risk management; (b) you may disable, override, or reconfigure them at any time; (c) Capital Rush is not liable for any losses, missed opportunities, or account violations resulting from the use, misuse, or override of these tools; (d) ultimate responsibility for trading discipline and rule compliance rests with you.
Capital Rush Trade Sync is an execution tool for copying trades between accounts you legally own. By using Trade Sync, you acknowledge that: (a) you must verify that trade copying is permitted by each prop firm and broker before enabling sync; (b) you may only copy trades between accounts you legally own and control; (c) the local Trade Sync agent handles order routing and runs on your device — you are responsible for maintaining connectivity, system uptime, and proper configuration; (d) Capital Rush does not guarantee execution quality, fill prices, latency, or synchronization accuracy; (e) latency, slippage, partial fills, network failures, and broker-side rejections may produce different outcomes across accounts; (f) you are solely responsible for risk management across all connected accounts; (g) Capital Rush is not liable for execution failures, slippage, missed orders, account violations, failed payouts, or account terminations resulting from the use of Trade Sync.
Capital Rush is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with any proprietary trading firm including but not limited to TopstepX, Apex Trader Funding, Take Profit Trader, MyFundedFutures, Bulenox, or FTMO. You are solely responsible for understanding and complying with the rules, terms of service, and trading parameters of your prop firm accounts. Prop firm rules change frequently — always verify current requirements directly with your firm before using sync, automation, or any execution feature.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. API keys and broker credentials entered into the Platform are stored locally on your device and are not transmitted to or stored on Capital Rush servers unless explicitly stated. You must not share your Capital Rush account with others.
Subscriptions are billed through Whop. By subscribing, you agree to Whop's terms of service in addition to these terms. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your Whop account. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods unless required by law.
All content, algorithms, code, branding, and feature designs on the Platform are the intellectual property of Capital Rush. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Capital Rush and its owners, operators, affiliates, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to trading losses, lost profits, lost data, account violations, slippage, execution errors, or missed trading opportunities. Your use of the Platform is at your sole risk.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Capital Rush from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform, your trading activities, or your violation of these terms.
Capital Rush reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. Material changes will be communicated through the Platform.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
